Jodi is a combat veteran and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has specializations in Sports Nutrition and Fitness Nutrition. She runs her own nutrition and fitness consulting company, Train with Jodi® and owns Palm Beach Fit Body Boot Camp. She has devoted her professional life to encouraging others to become healthy and active as well understanding that small changes can lead to dramatic improvements. Jodi enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and traveling as well as blogging about health-related topics in regards to family, pregnancy, children, and discipline.
